The drama series was adapted based on the 2019 novel titled "M: Ai Subeki Hito ga Ite" by Narumi Komatsu. Newcomer singer and artist Kalen Anzai became the main player as well as his first debut.
He will compete acting with actor Shohei Miura who has played in "A Girl & Three Sweethearts". The drama also stars other famous artists, such as Alan Shirahama, Minami Tanaka, Masanobu Takashima, Katsunori Takahashi and Sayu Kubota from the drama series "Nibiiro no Hako no Naka de".
