Teşkilat (The Agency) Plot Story

The series began when little Serdar met Mr. Mete, whom neo-Nazis massacred his family in Germany. Mr. Mete told little Serdar that he was now under the auspices of the Republic of Turkey and promised to find those who killed his family.

The series continued with the operation in Syria, where Serdar, whom Mr. Mete trained as a master intelligence officer, played the most important role on the ground. Following his massacre, a terrorist hiding in Syria was brought to Turkey in a thinly planned operation by the intelligence agency. Domestic-made WMDs played a major role in the operation.

Disturbed by the increased operational capability of the Republic of Turkey, the dark structure called the 'Company', which is extremely effective in the international arena, pressed the button after this successful operation signed by Serdar. The company gave responsibility for the region, including Turkey, to Zayed Fadi, a very ruthless terrorist.

Following the Company's decision with Turkey, sleeper cells based in the country took action and a finely planned attack was carried out on the UAV and DRONE center. After this attack, which caused great sadness, Mr. Mete, the senior figure of the organization, was instructed to set up a special team to effectively combat this dark structure that had taken action against Turkey.

Mr. Mete selected individual experts in the field of the organization for the team. The offer to the names he was considering on the team was that they agreed to die. The intelligence officers selected for this mission, where they will be officially dead and stay away from their families and loved ones, accepted the offer without hesitation.

The news that the plane with the entire crew had crashed has devastated the families. Following this accident, team members were listed as martyrs. Serdar, despite his best efforts, went on to conduct his own investigation to find the perpetrators of the attack, which he could not prevent. To that end, he cancelled a holiday to Italy with his girlfriend Ceren and even risked the breakdown of his relationship.

After receiving intelligence that the stolen information would change hands, Serdar got the shock of his life when he saw Ceren hoping to catch the perpetrators. His girlfriend Ceren, whom he planned to marry and thought was the woman of his life, was an employee of the Company. With its immersive storyline, dazzling production and rich cast, the series will continue to make its mark on Sunday evenings on TRT 1 screens.

Serdar, who is in the biggest shock of his life due to the fact that his lover Ceren turned out to be a traitor, is questioned by internal security while thinking about how he came to this game. After the plane crash, when the members of the team were officially pronounced dead, the families ended up with Mete. While Mete gives the sad news to the families, team members who cannot communicate with their families and loved ones think about how their decision will affect their lives. 

Serdar, who is released from the internal security interrogation, is forced to maintain his relationship with Ceren on Mete's orders. While Ceren was being monitored 24 hours a day by the team; A critical knowledge he learned from Ceren commences Serdar to choose between his anger and his mission.

 

As the team works hard to track down Pascal, who carried out the WMD attack, Serdar meets team members who arrive at the secret headquarters. When Mete announces that Serdar has joined the team, the biggest objection comes from Zahra.

 

Upon the knowledge that Pascal is going to flee abroad, the team moves in for their first operation. Vowing not to leave the blood of the fallen engineers on the ground, the team is determined to capture Pascal and reach the dark structure behind him.
