In the end episode; Hakan and his team continue to work on Erol's surgery. But what is unexpected is the Mers panic in the emergency room. What happen in the end episode?

When the test results come, it turns out that the disease that caused the emergency room to be quarantined is not MERS. While the whole team is breathing a sigh of relief, another problem arises, Mr. Erol has advanced lung cancer. This situation puts Arzu, who is collaborating with Yalçın secretly from Hakan, in a difficult situation. 

Mr. Erol wants to have the surgery, but Hakan is torn between his ethical values and the demand of his patient. Uluçınar has to make a difficult decision for his future. As Leyla learns the secrets about Mediha's treatment, she begins to be overwhelmed by what she knows. While this situation causes him to be cold towards Ömer, Ayperi's attack makes him jealous. Hakan returns with a surprise decision about Erol Bey's surgery. The team is split on the idea that such an operation could be done in six hours, but soon joins forces around a common goal. Towards the day of the surgery, the pressure on Hakan, Ömer, Leyla and Mine increases. Since Leyla cannot tell Ömer the secret she learned about Mediha, she starts to stay away from him. 

Despite all of Mine's concerns about the surgery, the support she gives to Hakan strengthens the bond between them. Meanwhile, Arzu and Yalçın make a plan. Yalçın forces Hakan to make a choice. Hakan will either switch teams to operate with the surgeons of Gümüşok Hospital or perform live surgery under pressure in front of a crowded team of surgeons. Hakan does not leave his team and accepts all the difficult conditions and goes into surgery...
