What happen in the end episode?

Neslihan's plan puts Hakan and Yalçın's situation in danger. They only have 24 hours to bring Erol. Hakan's life turns upside down with the arrival of his father, Şeref. Moreover, Şeref has a rare disease that requires urgent surgery.
