What happen in the end episode?

Barış, who learns that Gizem is pregnant and will be a father, has to make a decision about cancer treatment. The opening of the Penitentiary Department deeply affects all the doctors in the hospital. Kemal Kuyucu, the dean who came to the opening, has a surprise for Barış! 

Things get complicated when Güldal Sipahi, the famous name of the society who comes to the hospital to donate, encounters patients from the penitentiary institution. While Derin and Aras are trying to mend their relationship, Aras gets a big shock. On the other hand, Ali Haydar and Andaç try to treat a very rare patient with Cotard syndrome.

Barış decides to start cancer treatment as he learns that he will have a child. Meanwhile, Turgut, a cardiac surgeon in Çamlıtepe, is dying and is brought to Hisarönü Hospital. All surgeons are in London as it is the Congress of Cardiovascular Surgery. Barış makes a decision, all the ambulances of Çamlıtepe will come to Hisarönü! In this decision, Aras is with Barış.

An "emergency day" is declared in the hospital. Meanwhile, the unexpected visitor to the hospital, Journalist Ekrem Tuzun, records all the problems. Things change when two young children, Yusuf and Mehmet Ali, are brought to the hospital. After the hardest day at Hisarönü Hospital, a surprise awaits Barış!
