During this critical period, his father Menderes' unexpected reaction to his communication efforts leads to a profound change in family dynamics. However, this change affects not only the family but also the people around them.

The deep trauma in Kürşat's mother Zahide's past causes her to keep her distance from her son Kürşat. While this distance causes the ties between mother and son to break, it also puts Nilüfer and her team in a difficult situation. While Nilüfer does her best to resolve this internal conflict of the family and bring them together again, this distance that stands like a wall in front of her makes it difficult for them to find a solution.

What happen in the end episode?

Young Doğa is brought to the hospital under the influence of a severe psychotic attack. While Nilüfer and her team roll up their sleeves to uncover the real reasons behind Doğa's enigmatic crises, they have to deal with the annoying attitudes of the young girl's parents, Meral and Kutay, and examine the suspicious behavior of Meral's young lover, Ozan. On the other hand, Kuzey, who finds himself in the hospital again while hoping to be released, is determined to reveal the truth about Nilüfer. While Özge is trying to calm Kuzey down, 

Kuzey's evil father Huzur enters the scene with the hope of controlling his son's life as he wishes again. Prosecutor Ömer, on the other hand, is trying to restrain the oscillations he experiences between his feelings for Nilüfer and his keen commitment to the law. Nilüfer's rapprochement with Ömer will be interrupted by an unexpected crisis, leaving Ömer alone with question marks. Nilüfer is worried about keeping her secrets, and her friend and doctor Yusuf is worried about protecting Nilüfer.

Although the prosecutor tries to question Kuzey after Ömer Huzur's allegations about Nilüfer Toska, Kuzey will manage to surprise both his father and Ömer with his decision. He will not be able to prevent the discharge of Nilüfer Kuzey, who is in danger of being dismissed from duty and the circle around her is narrowing. Nilüfer is having a hard time both mourning the death of her beloved daughter and finding the strength to hide Young Nilüfer's imaginary existence. Kuzey, on the other hand, moves towards an inevitable confrontation with his father Huzur.
