What happen in the last episode?

Ferman, Nazlı and Ali are going to a conference abroad for a prestigious award. But when Ezo surprises everyone and gets on the same plane, it gets messy from the start. Tanju, who is summoned to court on the other side, must entrust the surgical department to Demir and Doruk. When a critically ill patient is brought to the emergency department, Demir and Doruk have no choice but to act without Tanju's warning. 

At the same time, the passengers on board begin to contract a mysterious disease. While time is rapidly shrinking for both Demir and Doruk and the passengers on board, everyone is tested to the end of their limit.
