What happen in the end episode?

Hearing what Okan told in the video, Şimal is shocked. The only concern of Civan, who pretends to be doing him a favor, is to head the company. Being fooled and deceived by lies drives Şimal crazy. However, instead of asking for it, he will play with her just like Civan played with him and take his revenge. He starts this game by pretending that Civan is upsetting him in the presence of his family. He knows very well that Tahsin will ask Civan to account for this. It happens as he expects. 

Civan, on the other hand, is unaware that Şimal has learned the truth. When Şimal says that he will stay at his father's house for a while, Tahsin's pressure and Civan's fear of losing the company increase. He knows that he must find a way to bring Şimal back home. As if that wasn't enough, Nazlı's father, who has a problematic relationship, also came from America. Since Nazli told her father that she married Civan before, Civan has to play the role of "the wife in love with Nazli". 

Thus, while Civan poses for a happy marriage with Nazlı on the one hand, he tries to turn Şimal on the other. However, Şimal does not seem to intend to return home, although he acts as if there is no problem. Meanwhile, of course, Okan is not sitting idle. When attempts to make IVF fail, Vildan and the two of them look for a solution in Neval's paste recipe.

For a while, Şimal plays with Civan like a cat plays with a mouse. However, she finally accepts his offer to return home.
