What happen in the end episode?

Karsu has just given birth to her third child, and her mother Filiz came to help her. While Filiz takes Karsu's son Kuzey to Istanbul to give her daughter some peace of mind, an unfortunate incident occurs and Kuzey disappears. While Kuzey's disappearance ruins Karsu's life, Karsu and Filiz leave, never to see each other again.

Which further increases the curiosity for the second episode, Karsu, who learns that Reha is cheating on her, leaves the house and heads to Istanbul with her children and goes to her aunt's house.
